The geospatial data available in KGIS portal shall not be used for any legal purpose. They are just representational maps and information which are to be validated for its accuracy and correctness.
The attribute information available in the portal are also not to be used for any legal purpose. The KGIS portal is currently in the development and testing phase.
Hence, the derived information / data from the KGIS portal needs to be revalidated with the respective agencies / KSRSAC. While every effort has been made to ensure that these data are accurate and reliable within the limits of KSRSAC | KGIS team, it cannot assume liability for any damages caused by any errors or omissions in the data, nor as a result of the failure of the data to function on a particular system.
